Im really getting into the Melbourne culture, being in a new city, you want to know everything about it! i came accross a website today, http://undergroundmelbourne.wordpress.com/, its a lot like threethousand in a sense that it tells you about small scale and alternative mentionables. I made myself a list of things to do in Melbourne, i know i still have until the end of next year but i want to go to as many places and see as many things as i can with the time i have! My list is still short and all i have on it right now is "Go to the bookshop on 361 sydney rd, Brunswick". I have no idea what the bookshop is called but i know its small and discreet! which will make it even harder to find.
Ive also made a list of things to buy (with the money i dont have.. (yet)...), i need to get a new pair of boots and a hair straightener. I totaled my boots last week, theres a big hole right near where the sole is, i didnt realize until my toes started to feel a little colder than usual one day.
I think im obsessed with lists. I make a whole lot of them. but then again, who isnt obsessed with lists? we use them to go to the store, we use them when we need to jot down what we have to do for the day, we right down do's and don'ts, new year resolutions.. what would life be without lists? i think i want to know what thats like. maybe when i retire and dont have to worry about anything. that will be the day.
